VENTURUS Visit to SMARTNESS

On April 29th, the INTRIG group and SMARTNESS research center received a visit from Dr. Eduardo Sartori, technology transfer manager of CPE SMARTNESS, Dr. Anderson Santos, a researcher in quantum technologies at VENTURUS, and Daniel Moraes, head of Emerging Technologies at VENTURUS. Students from UFPA involved in the C3LA-HTC work package also participated in the meeting.

During the visit, Prof. Dr. Christian Rothenberg introduced the SMARTNESS work package research strands, discussed the ongoing work carried out by the students present at the meeting, and discussed possible future approaches.


Daniel Moraes introducing research activities at VENTURUS with a focus on emerging technologies.



Following that, Dr. Anderson Santos gave an insightful pitch presentation about research around quantum computing and quantum communications.
